Research On Coordinated Development Of Center-periphery Of Metropolitan Area Of Service Industry Under Information

The traditional center periphery theory holds that there is a great difference between the "center" and "periphery" in the production structure.With China's eastern coastal areas gradually entering the late stage of industrialization,service industry has gradually become the dominant force of economic development.In recent years,along with the information economy penetrated into all aspects of society,as the gathering area of the information economy,the penetration of information in central city expanded the market size of service industry and the radiation radius of the center,led to the development of service industry in the periphery of metropolitan area.The central area and the periphery area shows the coordinated development of the service industry.This paper takes Hangzhou metropolitan area as the research object.First,we analyze the mechanism from the aspect of market demand,interaction of the center city and surrounding and the information promotion,and then analyzes the current situation of service industry and information economy.Calculated the coordination of development of service industry between the center city and surrounding,we find that the degree of coordination between the center area and the close layer is higher.Then focus on the influence of information on Hangzhou metropolitan area.11 regions are selected to form a sample spanned from 2006 to 2015 to analyze the influence factors of the development of service industry.The result shows that the influence of the development of service industry are not only by the lacal development of economic and traffic,it ia also affected by the information economy in the central city.The output value of information service industry,the employees of information service industry,R&D investment and the number of patent grants have a significant positive effect on the development of the peripheral service industry.According to the results,it is proved that the development of service industry of center city and surrounding presents the characteristics of coordinated development.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward,that is to strengthen the information infrastructure of peripheral areas,promote the use of information,improve the level of urbanization,strengthen the comprehensive service capabilities,strengthen the radiation ability of information economy of the center city,strengthen the industrial cooperation among the peripheral areas.
