D Company Aviation Engine Test Process Optimization Study

As the national economy and social develop,the manufacturing industry becomes increasingly important,meanwhile,aero-engine have more important states,which known as the pearl on the crown of advanced equipment manufacturing industry,so aero-engine enterprises have great responsibility.Aero-engine test is the key in the whole manufacturing process,therefore it becomes more significant.Along with the production quantity increase and the scale extend,the enterprise have more problem in process management and optimization.How to solve the problem on the process management and improve production efficiency shall become an urgent problem for enterprise.This article analysis and research the aero-engine test process deeply through own enterprise-engine test center,base on the process management,process diagnosis,process optimization theory and organization design theory,and make a in-depth analysis and study on aero-engine test process to clear the current situation and the main problems of the engine test center,after in view of these problem,set about the center test process management,process diagnosis,process optimization and organization design research,and enhance the engine test center stuff working efficiency by optimizing the test craftwork process,test operation specification,personnel technology promotion,etc.,reduce the commissioning test cost,and according to the stuff structure and stuff status,analysis organization structure,find the problems exist in stuff structure,analysis the existing problems in detail,and adjust and optimize organization structure according to the original grass-roots structural,improve the test stuff management,reduce the cost and improve the efficiency,improve the product quality and productivity greatly.
