Company A is a company engaged in civil aviation data communication services.It has been committed to providing reliable,real-time,high-speed,two-way data communication services and advanced industry solutions for airlines,airports,air traffic control departments,and aviation service organizations.At present,the products developed by Company A have been maturely used in various fields such as civil aviation management systems,civil aviation flight operation systems,and civil aviation information systems.As a high-tech enterprise,company A has a large proportion of software development work in the company's daily operations.In the past,Company A guided the software R&D management of Company A with a traditional software development model.The software development team focused on the software architecture,adopted a structured analysis and design method,and strictly followed established procedures to conduct software development activities.A company has achieved very good results in its software development guided by the traditional software development management model.However,with the changes in the market environment,A company's traditional software R&D management process has been a strong blow.The complex and ever-changing needs of users,the poor communication between software R&D teams,and the like have led to a slowing down of company A's software development,difficulty in controlling the development cycle,and a decline in the quality of software products.In order to solve the problems in the software development process of Company A,we took Aeronautical Information Publication System as the research object,analyzed and analyzed the software development and management process of Company A,and determined that the development of Scrum's agile software was the framework and relied on test-driven development.Refactoring,continuous integration and other core technologies have designed a set of scientific and complete software development and management process optimization solutions.Agile software development is a human-centric,iterative,step-by-step approach to development.Agile software development actively embraces change and requires software R&D teams to collaborate to deliver valuable software products to customers in an iterative manner.We guided the software development of Aeronautical Information Publication System with an agile software development management process optimization program,which effectively enhanced the cohesion of the software R&D team,improved the efficiency of software development,shortened the development cycle,and improved the software product quality.A company's research and exploration of agile software development model has enriched and improved China's software development management theory system,laying a theoretical foundation for further research.A company's empirical research on agile software development model indicates the direction for other companies to successfully transition to agile software development,and also provides valuable experience for enterprises to implement agile software development.
