Research On Optimization Of Temperature Sensor Test Process Management In C Company

In recent years,with great changes in domestic and international situations,the rapid development of nuclear power industry is facing many new problems and challenges,so it is necessary to realize the localization and autonomy of major technology equipment in key areas such as nuclear power.As a key link in the development of nuclear power equipment,how to break through the technological blockade of foreign countries,promote the demonstration and application of nuclear power industry and domestic substitution has become the top priority of national development.C company has undertaken the domestic development and supply of many nuclear grade temperature sensors in the field of nuclear engineering and nuclear power.The time is urgent and the task is significant.Higher requirements are put forward for the temperature sensor test process management of C company.Therefore,how to improve the operating efficiency and process output quality of temperature sensor test process management has become the core issue of this paper.This paper mainly uses case analysis,literature review and field research.More accurate data were collected from the test line.Based on reading many books and literature,this paper first introduces the current situation of temperature sensor test process management,analyzes the activities in the temperature sensor test process,analyzes the existing problems in process management and the causes of the problems,and finally combines the experience of benchmarking company and the specific situation of C company,puts forward the optimization plan of process management and the implementation guarantee.The research results show that:(1)The test process management of C company has problems such as long information communication and feedback cycle,low test efficiency,too many non-value-added links in the test process,and the underlying reasons are mainly manifested in the lack of overall and systematic process management,imperfect system,and imperfect assessment mechanism.(2)The design of optimization scheme,based on the management experience of benchmarking companies and relevant theories,covers the whole process of temperature sensor test process,including the construction of an overall process management optimization system,the establishment of a sound process management system,and the improvement and implementation of a scientific and reasonable process management assessment mechanism.(3)To ensure the implementation of temperature sensor test process management optimization by constructing a process-centered organization,formulating a detailed and rigorous implementation schedule,and carrying out effective meeting planning and management.This study can be used as a practical reference for C company to optimize the temperature sensor test process management,and can also provide some reference for other manufacturing enterprises in the same industry to improve the test process management optimization.
