Hunan Free-go Technology Co.,Ltd.(Free-go)is in the public entrepreneurship,innovation,as well as consumer upgrades and supply-side structural reforms in the context of the times,consumers as the core,through the integration,research and development and application of RFID technology,Through the technologies of image recognition,microwave detection,photodetection,aggregation payment,intelligent monitoring,two-door interlocking,scanning open door technology,smart inventory technology,automatic warehousing technology,big data analysis and artificial intelligence,data and intelligence to get through online and offline,open up the consumer side,channel side and manufacturing side,to enhance the sense of user experience,improve efficiency and reduce costs for the purpose of better meet consumer demand for a high-tech start-up.Due to the fact that fulfillment is the starting point for the company,facing the competition in the industry,the unclear development strategy,the unscientific management mode,the lack of professional team,the inconspicuous product differentiation and the non-scale effect of retail stores,facing the urgent need of the Company in t he face of these problems.This dissertation tries to start from the theory and method of strategic management,through the background research of Free-go and the combing of relevant documents,investigates the company's market environment,industry struct ure and industry pain points in detail,as well as the existing str ategic planning and management model,business model,profit model and the company's internal governance framework,Based on PEST analysis from aspects of the company's political policy environment,economic population environment,social environment,technical environment and other environmental factors and based on Porter's five forces model,the Golden Circle Marketing Law and SWOT Strategic Analysis,We conducted in-depth research and analysis on the competition and marketing strategies of Free-go Company to enhance customer experience by continuously strengthening our technology,supply chain and operation management advantages Sense,value chain efficiency and reduce the cost of the cha in,take the difference strategy and low-cost strategy.At last,the author summarizes the whole thesis,points out the insufficiency of this dissertation and the direction of future research,and draws lessons for researchers to carry out in-depth study.In this paper,we analyze the internal and external environment of Free-go and formulate the development strategy through the concrete methods of strategic management theory,which helps Free-go to play its own advantages in the future development and gain advantages in the competition.At the same time,this article provides reference for the development and implementation of the development strategies of retailers in the same industry facing the dual pressures of technological innovation and external compe tition under the new retail environment.
