Study On Development Strategy For Hunan Lihe Technology Company Limited

The development strategy of the enterprise is the way of strategic management by enterprise managers,which focuses on development of the enterprise and is in view of the direction of development,speed and quality of development and the abilities of development of the enterprise in certain period of time.The purpose of development strategy is to realize the rapid,healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.In the process of enterprise development,the strategy of enterprise development is indispensable to the development of the enterprise at any stage.In this paper,the development strategy is studied by theoretical analysis and empirical research,which is based on the research object of Hunan Lihe technology company limited.The paper begins with the theory and research method of economics and strategic management,does some systematic empirical research on the development strategy of Hunan Lihe technology company limited;Secondly,makes PEST analysis of the external environment of the company,analyzes the market structure of the company,analyzes and evaluates the comprehensive operation ability of the company according to the operational capability model of the enterprise,by using SWOT analysis and Value Chain Model analysis,the opportunities and threats,the strengths and weaknesses which the company faces to are analyzed;Thirdly,does three levels of analysis of the choice for the development strategy of the company,for developing and executing the strategies which are committed to long-term stable development of the company,to enhance the market advantage and competitiveness of the company in the industry;finally,states the implementation steps of The development strategy of the company,puts forward several safeguards measures such as increasing technical input,strengthening marketing ability,strengthening internal management and system construction,and strengthening enterprise culture construction,to successfully achieve the strategic goals of the company.This paper mainly aims to provide a good theoretical basis for the selection and determination of the future development strategies of Hunan Lihe technology company limited.On account of the problems which the company faces to are universal in the same type of enterprises,the research results have a certain reference for the similar enterprises.
