Study On Regional Tourism Accurate Poverty Alleviation

Tourism poverty alleviation is a kind of new way of poverty alleviation which is less investment,good effect and low return rate.It is an important starting point for poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.At present,the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to poverty alleviation and development work in poverty-stricken areas,nationwide has set off a new wave of poverty alleviation.Under this opportunity,how to apply the concept of precision poverty alleviation scientifically and rationally to tourism poverty alleviation work,speed up the development of local economy and society,create the conditions for the benefit and development of the poor population,and become a common face for poverty alleviation and development.problem.Tourism poverty alleviation areas as long as the identification of their own position,recognize the current development situation,grasp the development opportunities,and actively promote the work of tour ism poverty alleviation,is bound to achieve leapfrog development.This paper analyzes the connotation of precision poverty alleviation in regional tourism by means of the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,analyzes and explores the specific path,and explores from three angles,including identification,Help and management of the realization of the way.To build a policy-driven,resource-driven,market linkage,will promote the regional tourism precision poverty alleviation multi-compound dynamic mechanism.This paper reviews the characteristics of the five traditional tourism poverty alleviation and development models,such as the government-led model,the scenic drive mode,the agricultural-tourism combination mode,the agricultur al enterprises mutual aid mode and the farmers’ self-development mode.Finally,taking Huangshi City "two zones and two zones" as an example to carry out regional tourism accurate poverty alleviation of the empirical study,the use of analytic hierarchy pr ocess and expert scoring method of Huangshi City,"two districts and two zones," the main tourism resources of the quantitative evaluation,The Guiding Ideology,Goal Orientation and Development Countermeasures of Poverty Alleviation in the "Two Areas and Two Belt" Tourism in Huangshi City.The study shows that the regional tourism precision poverty alleviation is the use of scientific methods and procedures for different parts of the tourism poverty alleviation and development conditions and the poverty po pulation involved,through accurate identification,help and management,clear way of poverty alleviation,should really poverty alleviation work as a goal,it is of great practical significance for China to eradicate poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way.It is an important starting point and a breakthrough point for poverty alleviation work in China ’s "thirteen-five" period.
