Research On The Development Dilemma And Path Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In China's Rural Areas Since The Eighteenth National Congress Of The CPC

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has placed poverty alleviation and development in an important position of running the country and governing the government,raised it to a new level related to building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving the goal of the first century's struggle,and integrated it into the overall layout of "five in one" and the strategic layout of "four in an all-round way" for decision-making and deploy At present,China has entered a new era of building a well-off society in an all-round way.To build a well-off society in an all-round way and to be recognized by the people and stand the test of history,we need to resolutely fight against poverty,especially in rural areas.Based on the classical Marxist writers' thoughts on poverty,this paper analyses the main difficulties faced by the precise poverty alleviation work in rural areas since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,analyses its causes,and puts forward corresponding ways to promote it.This paper holds that the precise poverty alleviation in rural areas still faces many problems and challenges since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,such as unscientific identification methods,great difficulty for the remaining poor people to get rid of poverty,serious poverty caused by disability due to the causes,single main body of precise assistance,unreasonable use of poverty alleviation funds management,inadequate supervision and assessment mechanism.Therefore,we should innovate accurate identification methods,give classified assistance and classified guidance to poverty-stricken areas,carry out cultural poverty alleviation,change the ideology of poor peasant households,strengthen education poverty alleviation,health poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation,ecological poverty alleviation and consumption poverty alleviation,strengthen Counterpart Assistance and collaborative assistance in the eastern and Western regions,and establish a three-in-one poverty alleviation pattern of special projects,industries and society.Especially in the deep poverty-stricken areas,special attention should be paid to the combination of intellectual support and aspiration support to enhance hematopoietic function and win the battle against poverty at an early date.
