With the deepening of the reform of the market economy system,the industrial structure has been optimized and upgraded,and the enterprises in China are in the stage of rapid development.Labor relations as an important part of the economic structure of the system,but also continue to change.Enterprises in the development process,due to the pursuit of economic efficiency,and employees will inevitably conflict with the interests of how to correctly deal with labor conflicts is an important issue must be taken seriously.Based on the theory of Cenozoic,this paper redefines the relevant concepts on the basis of combing the relevant theories,puts forward the hypothesis about the impact of labor and capital conflict management on the performance of the new generation of employees,collects the data through the questionnaire,uses the data analysis software This paper analyzes the related problems of the survey and analyzes the related problems,and puts forward the conclusion and puts forward the feasible strategies to solve the problems,which enriches the relevant theories and provides the direction for the future research.At the same time,for enterprises to deal with labor and capital conflict,to achieve a win-win cooperation in labor and capital to provide a reference.
