Research On Sino-ASEAN Cooperation Of Iron And Steel Production Capacity Under The Initiative Of “the Belt And Road”

Production Capacity under the Initiative of “the Belt and Road”The growth of global economy has slow down,and each country is trying to take measures to stimulate domestic economic development.With the continuous improvement of economy in China,the problem of excess capacity is becoming more and more obvious.The ASEAN is in the peak period of infrastructure construction,demand for steel is increasing.At this stage,with the help of "The Belt and Road platform" strategy,the cooperation of iron and steel production between China and ASEAN will make China's industrial structure to be adjusted and upgrade ASEAN countries industrialization.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the cooperation of iron and steel production between China and ASEAN countries.This paper consists of five parts besides the introduction.The second part is the theoretical study of global cooperation on production capacity.In this part,the theory of the life cycle of product is to be used to analyze the reasons and the ways of international industrial transfer,industrial transfer and I try to illuminates the process of the development of industrial transfer theory to the industrial internationalization.At last,this paper tries to define the concept of global cooperation on production capacity.The third part is the current situation of cooperation of steel production capacity between China and ASEAN.Including four aspects: First,the infrastructure construction.Try to analyse the infrastructure interconnection between China and ASEAN countries,such as the railways,ports,industrial parks and other infrastructure construction projects;Second,the steel trade cooperation.China is the largest exporting country of iron and steel in the ASEAN region.The steel product from China can completely meet the needs of the economic development of ASEAN countries,therefore maintained significant competition advantage in the ASEAN's market.Third,the iron and steel investment cooperation.Analyse the quantity,scale and the latest progress of overseas investment and construction in China by means ofstatistical data.Fouth,the contracting project cooperation.In addition to railways,ports and other infrastructure projects,electricity,construction,machinery,irrigation and other projects have been achieved.The fourth part is the favorable conditions for Sino-ASEAN's steel production capacity cooperation.This part is trying to analyse the advantages from six aspects,including the geographical location,the link of strategic,financial support,Chinese technical advantages,China's production capacity support,and political security cooperation between China and ASEAN.The fifth part discuss the risks and challenges,and the sixth part is the conclusions and measures of Sino-ASEAN's steel production capacity cooperation.The fifth part tries to analyze the influence on cooperation from the following four aspects: the international political environment,the internal objective factors and the subjective factors of ASEAN and the obstacles in our country.The sixth part draws the conclusion and gives mesures and suggestions to Sino-ASEAN's cooperation of iron and steel production.In this paper,Sino-ASEAN's cooperation of iron and steel production is the research object,According to analysis on the current situation of cooperation,it can contribute to promote cooperation between the two sides,and draw the conclusion that Sino-ASEAN's cooperation of steel production capacity will become an inevitable trend.It will play an important role in our domestic economy development,even the global economic development.And I try to propose the measures and suggestions on strengthening cooperation.The innovation of this paper is as follows: firstly,the author tries to define the concept of global capacity cooperation.The second is have a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the cooperation between China and ASEAN.The shortage of this paper is the lack of empirical analysis on the cooperation of steel production capacity.
