Unethical behavior has always been a hot topic for scholars and managers to pay close attention to.Most of the previous studies are from negative point of view,such as unfairness and disgrace of organization,individual and some negative factors in society the mechanism of influence on unethical behavior.But when employees out of the company for the sake of others or other things to do something,in some of the individual can ignore the role of moral and moral variables or regulatory variables under the influence,May lead to ethical pro-organizational behavior.The study of the behavioral patterns of good and bad habits has been favored by academics.In addition,why people do not produce guilt when making unethical behavior or refusing to help others,and why is it that employees are going to do anything even if they are ethical,and which psychological mechanisms are hidden behind this phenomenon,and how to effectively grasp,prevent and interfere with the unethical behavior of employees to carry out research and analysis has become particularly important and urgent.In the process of thinking about the study,scholars have gradually realized that some of the personality traits,professional ethics,moral disengagement level and the ethical atmosphere of the organization will have an important impact on various ethical and unethical behaviors.In this regard,the academic community began to pay attention to explore the various factors in the enterprise in the unethical behavior of employees in the role of the mechanism.This research is based on the survey of employees,mainly rely on the questionnaire survey data collection,the questionnaire is distributed to Beijing,Qingdao,Hangzhou and other regions.The data was processed by SPSS22.0 software,and used to study the influence mechanism of ego orientation on the unethical pro-organizational behavior of employees by means of reliability and validity analysis,variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.On the basis of the previous research,this paper chooses the dimension of law code climate to research,and divides the moral disengagement into four dimensions:moral reasoning,blaming attribution,inhumanity and responsibility shuffling.Through the data analysis to explore the roles moral disengagement and statutory organizational ethical climate played in the influence mechanism of ego orientation on Employee 's unethical pro-organizational behavior.Finally,it summarizes and summarizes that the ego orientation of employees can influence its own unethical pro-organizational behavior through the medieval variable of moral disengagement,and this mechanism can play a more important role by being adjusted through law code climate.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.The unethical pro-organizational behavior of employees is influenced positively and obviously by ego orientation;2.The level of moral disengagement of employees is influenced positively and obviously by ego orientation;3.The unethical pro-organizational behavior of employees is influenced positively and obviously by the level of moral disengagement,and moral defence has the most important influence;4.In the relationship between the level of ego orientation and unethical pro-organizational behavior,the moral disengagement of employees play a role of intermediary,that is,the level of ego orientation of employees through the impact of its moral disengagement level and then influence the unethical pro-organizational behavior;5.The law code climate plays a regulatory role between the relationship of the f\level of ego orientation and the unethical pro-organizational behavior and the relationship between the level of moral disengagement and unethical pro-organizational behavior of employees,specific performance as law code climate adjusts the relationship between moral defense,blame attribution,inhumanity,accountability and unethical pro-organizational behavior negatively.
