With the diversification of the Internet usage scenarios,the continuous development of emerging technologies such as the Internet of things,big data,and the increasingly serious air pollution in cities,our Shared cycling,this new travel mode arises at the historic moment,it combines mobile payment,Internet,GPS and other technologies,designed to meet the demand of city travel "the last kilometer" emerging way to travel,at the same time gets the attention of the society from all walks of life.Any business that wants long-term growth and profitability needs to be "customer-centric".Therefore,during the shared cycling enterprises operating,the psychological process of cycling users' use of the Shared cycling will directly affect the future development of the sharing cycling enterprises and industry.This study based on the theory of self-efficacy theory,perceived value theory,could be divided into cognitive perception value and social value and hedonic value,utilitarian value and experience value to apply to Shared cycling field,and the situational factors are divided into the personal situation,the environmental situation and task situation as three adjustment variables,to explore the perceived value of each dimension and Shared cycling users' intention.In this paper,a questionnaire survey is used to study the theoretical model.The total of 450 electronic questionnaires were taken back,150 print edition,recycling of 129,these two channels collecte a total of 579 questionnaires,eliminate 37 invalid questionnaires,so the final sample size is 542,effective rate is 93.6%.Using SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0,the two software to analyze data and samples by descriptive statistics,Shared cycling use status statistics,letter validity analysis,CFA,analysis of variance and T test and SEM analysis method to test the model.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the perception value of general self-efficacy can have a positive effect on the use of the Shared bicycle users;(2)environmental context only social environment for cognitive value and use intention has a regulation,between the physical environment,organizational environment to the hedonic and utilitarian value and use have the function of the adjustment between the will;(3)the task context urgency,the autonomy of cognitive value and experience between value and use will have adjustment effect,importance and urgency of utilitarian value and use will have the function of the adjustment,and the importance,urgency and the autonomy of pleasure between value and use will have the function of the adjustment.Based on the above results,this paper provides a systematic guidance for sharing bicycle enterprises in future management.
