Study On Mining Development Strategy Of Chongyi Zhangyuan Tungsten Co.,ltd.

Tungsten is a rare metal and important strategic material,which is widely used in various fields of national economy.China is not only a large reservoir of tungsten resources,but also a major consumer of tungsten resources and tungsten products.At present,the development of China’s tungsten industry is faced with overcapacity,unreasonable structure and backward technology.This paper focuses on the current situation and future development of zhangyuan tungsten mining co.,ltd.as the research object,and determines the development strategy of the mining industry.Full text on the strategic management theory as a guide,using PEST analysis and five competitive forces model analysis,through the influence enterprise operation in the development of political,economic,social and technical environment and market,the present situation and the trend of development of the industry such as the external environment factor analysis,to find the company facing the opportunities and threats.Secondly,the analysis of enterprises’ development history,current strategy and enterprise’s resource status,capability,core expertise and other internal factors are analyzed to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises in mining development.Comprehensive enterprise facing the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,applying SWOT tool,determine the appropriate mining development to enhance the capacity of tungsten resources,accelerate the reform of selecting mining technique,strengthening the talent team construction strategy,ZhangYuan tungsten mining development strategy should be the development and utilization of tungsten resources and implement the strategy of horizontal integration.In order to guarantee the implementation of this strategy,the corresponding measures are formulated from resource guarantee,new technology application,green mine construction,policy support,personnel training and enterprise culture construction.
