Jiangxi Tungsten Industry Alliance Mechanism Innovation Of Production, Study And Research

With the fast development of global economy, science and technology, the enterprises will face more and more competition. The technical innovation has become an important means to improve the core competitive power of enterprises. Because of the shortage of knowledge resources occupied by the enterprises on technical innovation, it is necessary to make a common development with the help of advantage resources of academies and scientific research institutions. The Enterprises-Academies-Institutions Alliance means that, with the principle of sharing interests and risks, the three sides use their own advantages to cooperate with each other to solve the problem of technical innovation in the enterprises.Basing on the research of the Enterprises-Academies-Institutions Alliance home and abroad, this thesis makes some analysis of the mode and operation mechanism of tungsten Alliance in Jiangxi province. First, this thesis analyzes some relevant theories of the development of Alliance and its present studies. Second, this thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the tungsten industry in Liangxi;it also puts forward the future direction of development and especially discusses the issue of choosing the partners.This thesis believes that choosing the partners is very important to the Enterprises-Academies-Institutions Alliance; a wrong choosing will lead to the dismiss of the alliance, which is harmful to the establishment of the Alliance. At last, this thesis analyzes the cooperation mode and operation mechanism of the Alliance, and analyzes the role and the function the government has played in the Alliance.
