| In the economic development of the new normal,with the rapid development of high technology,the personalized demand of products is increasing,and the market competition is becoming more and more intense.If the enterprise wants to develop in the fierce market competition,in addition to the leader in peer technology,high quality and inexpensive products and a large number of customer orders,it is more important to have a higher rate of delivery to ensure rapid response to customer demand,so as to win customers and the market.Therefore,the delivery rate is gradually becoming the "third source" of the core competitiveness of enterprises besides cost and quality.According to status of KE’s delivery rate,and taking KE electric company three months of production data as the sample,some researches and explorations have been carried out.First of all,the influence factors of the delivery rate have been analyzed based on the causal analysis diagram.There are four main factors influencing the delivery rate which includes market,procurement,production and management,and there are 23 small factors which belonged to them.At the same time,the influence degree of each factor on delivery rate has been analyzed and sorted by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which provides data support for the improvement of the proposed scheme.Secondly,according to the order fulfillment process of KE electric company,the factors affecting the delivery rate have been optimized one by one.The standardization management of order has been put forward according to the non standard of purchase contract and the problems existing in contract management;In view of the factors influencing the delivery rate in the purchasing process,the raw material purchasing management which includes the supplier review management and the quality tracking and monitoring of raw material have been put forward;For the problems existing in production,the improvement plan of order selection,production scheduling and production control have been presented respectively,and solutions of effective of feedback channels of information communication and emergency orders for scientific interpolation have been also established.Finally,insurance suggestions have been put forward for the implementation of the above solutions,and its implementation effects have been predicted.If the solutions have been implemented in KE electric company,the delivery rate will increased from 49.08%to 88.80%,which reaches the expected target of KE electric company. |
