Then from the short-term solutions and long-term prevention to study rush purchasing and stock to further improve. Last, at the perspectives of deduct cost, improve procurement and supply effects, the importance of optimize specification and implementation route to improve product cost structure.This article is completed based on reviewed a large number of trade publications and research reports, deeply investigated internal procurement activities, and brainstormed with external staff those associated with the procurement and supply process, and detailed interviewed with upper management.
