China's automobile sales grew rapidly between 2001 and 2010,with an average annual growth rate of 24%.From 2010 to 2018,there was a decline,with an average annual growth rate of 5.7%.In 2018,affected by policy factors and macroeconomics,production and sales were lower than expected at the beginning of the year.The annual production and sales of automobile were 27.80 million and 28.08 million,down 4.16% and 2.76% year-on-year.In recent years,competition in the automotive market has become increasingly fierce,and automotive products are rapidly iterating.Major auto companies are accelerating product development,shortening the automotive R&D cycle,taking a favorable position in the market,and gaining competitive advantage in time.Ten years ago,a car development cycle was generally 48 months,and now it is shortened to 36 months.Automobile manufacturer required to provide a shorter order delivery time for their downstream parts suppliers,so that they can keep up with the speed of research and development of the auto company.Therefore,good order management is beneficial to shorten the order delivery cycle,improve the on-time delivery rate of orders,improve the service level for customers,and better realize the corporate marketing strategy.Therefore,it is extremely important to study and analyze order delivery management.This paper takes HC company as the research object,analyzes the problems and causes of applicator order deliver management,analyzes HC company 's strategic improvement and lean management,improves internal environment and policy,industry and technology external environment,it is concluded that HC company's applicator order deliver management needs to be improved.From the eight aspects of applicator order deliver management organizational structure optimization,process optimization,information construction,technical capability improvement,capacity planning,sales forecast improvement,scheduling improvement,supplier management improvement,the improvement plan was proposed,And put forward three measures to improve the employee incentive assessment system,establish the technical talent guarantee mechanism,and the core values of the employees.The company formed a lean production management philosophy,established a flexible production capacity mechanism,and formed a rapid response corporate culture.The efficiency of production and operation has been improved,the on-time delivery rate of applicator orders has been greatly improved,the delivery cycle has been significantly shortened,customer satisfaction has also been improved,and the leading position of the applicator industry has been further consolidated.
