Research On The Impact Of Basic Science On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Industrial Industry In Hebei

According to the13 th Five-Year plan of Hebei Province industrial transformation and upgrading,Many strategic emerging industries,such as advanced equipment manufacturing,will become the new engine to promote the economic development of Hebei province.Compared with the existing industrial structure of Hebei Province,there is a big gap with the planning requirements.Increasing investment in scientific and technological innovation,promoting the transformation and upgrading of Hebei's industrial industry is imperative.Basic science is the source of technological innovation,the study of the impact of basic science on industrial industry is great significance to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Hebei industrial economic and development.Taking the industry of Hebei Province as the research object,this paper makes a deep study on the influence of basic science on the transformation and upgrading of industrial industry.First of all,this paper expounds the theory and method of industrial transformation and upgrading at home and abroad;secondly,the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the present situation of basic science and industry in Hebei province by using detailed statistics,and points out the characteristics of industrial development and basic scientific research in Hebei province;again,using the correlation analysis,unit root test,cointegration test,error correction model,Grainger causality test of Hebei Province Based on the scientific output of the province's industrial industry overall,high technology industry and its main industries,traditional industries and the impact of the industry were measured and analyzed,the results show that basic science promotes the overall industrial high-tech industry and traditional industry transformation and upgrading.Based on keeping scientific output unchanged,high-tech industries in the industrial transformation and upgrading is faster than the traditional industry,and the effect of basic science on the transformation and upgrading of the major high-tech industries and the main industries of the traditional industrial industry is compared and analyzed;finally,combined with the characteristics of basic scientific research and industrial development in Hebei Province,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of basic science and promote the transformation and upgrading of Hebei's industrial industry.
