Henan Zhonghe Gas Company has gone through 18 years of history from 1999 to today.In the 18 years of development,the company has always focused on city gas pipeline supply and construction period,experienced a lot of success and failure experience of city gas industry changes,through the west east gas pipeline,thriving from the project to the entire industry,and made a space for one person in this industry in a positive,and made some achievements in the local area.At present,the natural gas industry has entered the era of disorderly and malicious feudal lords vying for the throne.At present,like Henan Zhonghe Gas Company,facing the threat and challenges of the Gas Co,is a common phenomenon throughout the country.In view of the current situation,it is of great value to study the development strategy of Henan Zhonghe Gas Company.This paper from the enterprise's internal and external strategic environment,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,to construct the SWOT strategy matrix on the basis of this,and the choice of development strategy,the development of enterprise vision and strategic objectives and specific strategic planning,to ensure effective implementation of the strategy and the development of the relevant security measures.The features of gas energy industry and Henan Gas Company Limited is based on the combination of the gas and energy industry development present situation,through the macro environment,the gas energy industry environment and competition situation analysis,development of gas and energy for the development of enterprises there is a big opportunity,and there is a certain external environmental threats,and Henan Gas Company Limited strong ability to deal with the external environment.Through the analysis of the development process of Henan,and the gas company's organizational structure,business,business model,and the development of Henan gas company position in the industry is relatively favorable,but still need to improve the competitive advantage.Therefore,Henan Gas Co.,Ltd.needs to adopt the development strategy,so as to make full use of the opportunities in the external environment of enterprises,timely seek more rapid growth of enterprises.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the integration and synergy of the internal resources of the company,so as to play a more effective value.Itself development,the industry's leading professional gas energy products production,sales and service of high-tech enterprises,has become the domestic research and development,independent and complete construction,sales,service one-stop system,a gas energy industry leading regional benchmarking enterprises.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of Henan and Gas Company Limited,from the aspects of organizational structure and culture,human resources management,project management,optimization based risk management optimization measures to guarantee.Based on the theoretical research,this paper puts forward the development strategy of poly coking and cost leadership based on the analysis of the strategic environment of the case enterprise.This will be helpful to the development of the enterprise itself,but also for other gas energy products manufacturing company also has reference.
