According to the requirements of the current national electric power system reform, the traditional power marketing mode can not adapt to the development of the market after the full liberalization of the sale, which puts forward a new challenge to the marketing mode and strategy of power enterprises.The under the guidance of related theories, to ZZ power marketing present situation has carried on the analysis, through the use of 4P theory, PEST analysis model, Porter’s five forces model, SWOT analysis and other analysis tools, analyzes the market environment facing the company, study and formulate the conforms to the current environment for the development of marketing strategy, promote enterprise’s long-term development, maintain the enterprise’s sustained profitability. According to the formulation of marketing strategy, study and formulate the security concept, organization guarantee and human resource security and risk control of security and other security measures to ensure that the marketing strategy can be implemented.After the full liberalization of the retail side, the market environment of electricity companies occurred dramatic changes, this paper through the study of ZZ power company’s marketing strategy, ZZ power company marketing to certain guiding significance, has certain reference value for similar enterprises.
