Research On The Evolution Of Innovation Network Path Based On The Theory Of Social Resource Constraints

With the rapid development of economic speed and the Implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,innovation network has become an inevitable trend of regional development.Researchers have analyzed the development of innovation network from different perspective,focusing on innovative network theory and practice.The research on the formation and evolution of the innovation network will help to further reveal the inherent law of the innovation network in the industrial perspective,deepen the understanding of the scientific system of the innovation network theory and practice,and provide the corresponding thinking paradigm for the future research.And,innovation network evolution path and mechanism for the government to take effective policy measures to provide a theoretical basis.This paper defines the innovation network by carefully reviewing relevant research literature on the formation and evolution of innovation network at home and abroad.Firstly,the paper analyzes the performance and influencing factors of innovation network,and constructs the corresponding influence index based on the three aspects : network elements quality,elements development and elements environment.Based on the actual data,the paper uses factor analysis to summarize three kinds of dynamic factors.Secondly,it describes the influencing factors of the evolution of the innovation network and the dynamic factors based on the theory of social resource constraint based on social resources.Then,it constructs causal diagrams of the human resource subsystem,the economic resource subsystem and the government support subsystem based on the principle of system dynamics,and analyzes specific path of innovation network evolution.In addition,the paper chooses the northeast old industrial base as the research object to carry on the present situation description of its innovation network performance,finally selects the innovation development data analysis at different stages in Liaoning province about ten years to analyze how different types of social resources limit and promotes the development in the innovation network.Finally,through the above theoretical research and analysis,based on the perspective of social resources,the paper comes up with China's innovation network for the better development of relevant suggestions.
