The Development And Research Of Human Resources In State-Owned Enterprises In North-East Old Industries Base

It is very important to make the economy system reform of state-owned enterprise develop in depth more and more in order to vigorously the Northeast Industrial Base. Accompanied with the progress of the construction of the modern enterprise system, it has become an essential essay concerning the development of the economy in northeast of China that how to give full play to the effects of human resources which is the most active and initiative factor of all the production factors.The article begins with the basic theory of human resources and defining the development and management of human resources in state-owned enterprise.
