Rearch On The Spillover Effects Of The Industry-University-Research Institute Collaborative Innovation

Chinese central government puts forward the concept of “innovation-driven development strategy” in 2012,which means that our country will pay more attention to innovation in economic development playing a fundamental role.Although China's total economic output has risen to the second place in the world,but the overall innovation capacity of the country is not strong,the regional innovation strength gap is also expanding,it is important because the region's collaborative role in production and research has not been fully exploited,The synergistic spillover effect is not obvious.Therefore,in the current economic growth was L-type,lack of innovation in the case of innovation,research and cooperation with innovation spillovers to enhance regional innovation is of great significance.Based on the theory of industrial economics,the theory of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation and the theory of knowledge spillovers,this paper firstly expounds the theory of the spillover effects of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation.This paper studies the organizational models and dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation,the generating mechanism and the realization models of the spillover effect,and the characteristics and contents of the spillover effects of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation;And it studies the mechanism of spillover effects of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation,including studying the influencing factors of technology spillover effect,capital spillover effect and regulation spillover effect,and then studies the way of spillover effect and spillover path.Then,by constructing the measurement model,the paper chooses the data with the improved Cobb-Douglas production function to measure the spillover effects of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the synergistic spillover effect of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation from the government aspect,the enterprise aspect and the university research institute aspect.
