In the context of the increasingly diversified and internationalized economic development,with the rapid economic growth,the development of science and technology has gradually gained the attention of the public.Both social progress and economic growth are inseparable from the improvement of productivity,and the enhancement of productivity is inseparable from the factors of production.Technology and talent are the most critical factors among all the factors of production.The advancement of science and technology and the cultivation of talents all need the support of scientific and technological innovation.Now in the new stage of economic innovation,development and development,the innovation drive has shown an increasingly prominent leading function,with an increasingly critical strategic position,while real development has shown an increasingly strong demand for innovation drive.Technological innovation has bid farewell to the linear model of the past and has begun to shift towards a collaborative innovation model in which multiple actors participate and develop together.In recent years,the collaborative innovation model of industry,university and research has been valued by many countries,and at the same time it has begun to change to interdisciplinary,cross-organizational,cross-industry and cross-regional.This innovative model has become a new type of organization that strengthens independent innovation in innovative countries and regions.Combined with relevant research,from a micro perspective,collaborative innovation in industry,academia and research is one of the most efficient ways of technological innovation,and one of the most efficient channels for enhancing productivity;From a macro perspective,it is a key strategy to boost global economic growth,improve resource allocation and optimize industrial framework.This thesis takes the regional comprehensive innovation reform of China as the background,and the collaborative innovation subject of production,study and research is the research object,and combs the structure of the four-helix model and the three operational mechanisms of collaborative innovation of production,education and research.That is,the value creation mechanism,the aggregation mechanism of innovation factors,and the coupling mechanism of innovation interfaces.By using game theory,system dynamics,coupling principle and other relevant research methods,theoretical and empirical research is carried out to correctly understand the role,function and role of innovation subject in collaborative innovation from multi-disciplinary and multi-angle,and analyze the three major mechanisms of value creation,innovation elements and innovation interface.At the same time,it explores and constructs a set of relatively complete and scientific economic and mathematical model of industry-university-research-application collaborative innovation,and establishes a set of theories and methods with wide universality and strong practicability to evaluate the performance and influencing factors of industry-university-research-application collaborative innovation.On the basis of theory,combined with the collaborative innovation analysis of Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Wuhan University of Technology,the results of game theory are verified.The feasibility of the system dynamics model is verified by analyzing the relevant policies of Wuhan East lake hightech zone in recent years.
