Collaborative Innovation Modes Of Industry-university Research Based On Knowledge Management

With the continuous progress of science and technology, enterprises carry out technologicalinnovation activities to get the core competitiveness of the market. So the technology innovationactivities of production study and research of collaborative innovation have been widespreadconcerned in the community. From the previous research about the situation of collaborativeinnovation, the common problems of low efficiency, the performance of collaborative innovationis not obvious.Therefore, for enterprises, choosing the suitable collaborative innovation modeunder their capacity has become a key problem to be solved. Based on this research background,we focus on the research of collaborative innovation modes from the perspective of knowledgemanagement,and show the collaborative innovation mode of knowledge sharing, knowledgeintegration and knowledge innovation based on the process of knowledge management. Theempirical analysis of this paper show that growth oriented enterprises under the pursuit of thestock of knowledge itself and the internal R&D management is more suitable for thecollaborative innovation mode based on knowledge integration.For the mature enterprises, aswell as its capital advantage and strong ability of market operation., it can support the researchand development activities, So collaborative innovation mode based on knowledge innovation issuitable for them. To the recession enterprises, they can be effective in obtaining the right to usethe technology and patents from teaching and research organizations. Through the integration ofthe two sides of technology, technical content can promote the enterprises to product value-addedproducts and bring to the enterprise market effectiveness in a short time, then they can obtainlarger innovation performance. Therefore, this kind of enterprise is more suitable forcollaborative innovation mode based on knowledge sharing and integration. This study tries tochoose suitable different types of collaborative innovation modes of enterprises for their own,and be a guide and reference for the reasonable evaluation of current research collaborationinnovation performance.
