With the development of science and technology such as the Internet,China has entered the economic transition period.In order to adapt to the economic development,the enterprises have undergone some changes,and employees in the reform will experience higher work pressure than in the past,too high pressure will lead to staff negative consequences such as the reduction of the enthusiasm of the work,low efficiency,bad relationship with colleagues,which have adverse effects on the physical and mental health of employees.Such as the adverse effects,not only the personal development of employees will be damaged,while the growth of enterprises is also very negative.Therefore,how to maintain the staff to produce strong energy and work enthusiasm is very meaningful,for this issue,this paper introduces the concept of work thriving.For each employee,the mention of the work must be indispensable to the family,as scientific and technological progress and economic developed,staff work and family boundaries become increasingly blurred,the interaction between the two areas has become more and more close.In view of this,this article decided to start from the family domain to study how the family flexibility-ability from family domain impacted the work thriving from work domain.However,only study the impact between them is too one-sided,so on the basic relationship of them,this article exploring the mechanism of them and trying to connect family flexibility-ability and work thriving with family-work enrichment related both family domain and work domain.Based on the relevant theory,this paper puts forward the model and related hypothesis of the family flexibility-ability as the independent variable,the work thriving as the dependent variable and the family-work enrichment as the mediator variable.This paper adopted empirical research,using the questionnaires to collect data and statistical knowledge to prove the relevant assumptions.It is concluded that the family flexibility-ability can positively affect the work thriving and that the family-work enrich plays a part of the role of the intermediary.This paper consists of 6 parts.The first chapter is the introduction part,this part mainly includes the question and its significance,the article structure and the innovation point.The second chapter is the literature review.In this chapter,the conceptual connotation,related theory and research status of the variables such as family flexibility-ability,family-work enrichment and work thriving are summarized in this paper,and their own brief reviews are given providing a reference.The third chapter is the research model and the research hypothesis.This part first puts forward the research hypothesis according to the related research and maturation theory,and then puts forward the relevant model.The fourth chapter is the research design,this part of the study of the questionnaire required for the study,followed by a pre-investigation,according to the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was partially adjusted to form a formal survey of the questionnaire,and finally to the collection of formal investigation The data were descriptive.The fifth chapter is to analysis data and verify hypothesis,this part firstly test the reliability and validity and then verify the hypothesis through correlation analysis and regression analysis.All assumptions are validated and support the idea of this study.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and management suggestion.This part draws the conclusion of this paper,and gives some management suggestions.Some of the limitations of the article are also explained in this chapter.Innovations of this paper are as follows:first,broaden the scope of research of work thriving.The existing research has drawn the conclusion that the family-work enrichment is the source of work thriving from the theoretical level.However,the empirical research related to this is lacking.This paper is aware of this,based on the existing theory,adopting the empirical research method to verify the relationship between them,and get the same conclusion with the past research.Second,revealing family-work enrichment as a partial mediator between family flexibility-ability and work thriving.The impact of family flexibility-ability on job thriving can be explained by the theory of self-determination,but the mechanism of action between them is not clear.In this paper,under the support of the existing theory,we find the variable family-work enrichment that connects the family and work,and verify the mediating role of the variable by empirical research.
