In recent years,the boundary of life and work are mutually integration.Today,work and family are the most important part of the individual's life,how to deal with the relationship between them is the focus of attention for the enterprise and individual.With the emerging technologies such as mobile Internet widely applied,the enterprise management has brought new challenges,in this new situation,each of the period of economic transition and experience of organizational change of Chinese enterprises should be thinking about how to keep employees exuberant energy and efficient working condition.Therefore,based on the analysis of a mass of literatures,thriving in work is selected as the dependent variable,work-family enrichment as the independent variable,the psychological capital as the mediator,then the mechanism and the relationships between the three variables are specifically analyzed.This paper includes five parts.Chapter 1 is the introduction.Chapter 2 is the literature review.This chapter is after combing related literature at home and abroad,to work-family enrichment,respectively,the essay discusses the research status of psychological capital and work thriving,and to explore the relations between and among,provides a strong theoretical support for the following research.Chapter 3 is research hypotheses and models.This chapter is based on the analysis of the correlation between the variables and the hypothesis and the model of this study.Chapter 4 is the questionnaire design and data collection.This section includes the selection of the scale and descriptive statistical analysis of the three variables.Chapter 5 is data analysis and hypothesis testing.In this part,we tested the reliability of the three scales with Cronbach's Alpha and then selected AMOS 19.0 to do the confirmatory factor analysis.The validity of the three scales was acceptable.Correlation analysis when using Pearson product moment correlation method to analyze the research variables,and verify that the psychological capital at work-family enrichment and the partial intermediary role between work thriving,to verify the hypothesis in this paper.Chapter 6 is research conclusions and future prospects.Through the analysis of the above part,this paper concludes that the work-family enrichment has a positive influence on the work thriving,and the psychological capital plays a part in the mediation between both of them.Based on this conclusion,the deficiency and future prospect are proposed.According to the above research purpose,this study through to the beijing-tianjin-hebei-liaoning area of companies such as questionnaire investigation,and collected 491 valid questionnaires,which using the software of SPSS,AMOS for recycling to the questionnaire data for statistical analysis,examine the relevant assumptions.Get the main conclusions of this study are as follows:first,work-family enrichment and work positively correlated relationship between thriving and high degree of work-family enrichment of employees due to work and family balance of resource distribution,improve the ability to learn and dynamic employees,work to promote thriving;Second,work-family enrichment has a positive influence on psychological capital,can promote the individual work-family enrichment more optimistic view things,good working environment and family atmosphere can help individual to enhance the confidence of the approach things,to reduce the negative emotions of the individual setbacks,etc.;Third,psychological capital has a positive influence on job boom,psychological capital belongs to the category of positive psychology,psychological capital of individual has more optimistic point of view and under the influence of positive emotions,they are more willing to play their biggest role in work and make greater efforts.At the same time,the higher the level of individual psychological capital,the more they express their subjective will and share knowledge with other members,which means that their learning behaviors will increase.Fourth,psychological capital has some intermediary role in Work-family enrichment and work thriving.The main innovation point of this paper is to clarify the relationship between work-family enrichment and work thriving.Work thriving as an emerging field,more and more scholars will be the focus on the relationship between work-family enrichment thriving with work,but so far no corresponding empirical research is published on the work-family enrichment how to promote the thriving of ascension has not been empirical research,this article through to do large sample ofempirical research methods to explore how the work-family enrichment influence work thriving,done for the theoretical gap between them must be added.At the same time,it makes up for the deficiency in the existing research and work of the work and family enrichment,which is innovative.Secondly,the relationship between work-family enrichment and work thriving is explained in terms of psychological capital.the relationship between work-family enrichment and work thriving is still in the initial stage of exploration,and therefore,related intermediary variables are rarer.In addition,the empirical study about the job intermediary variable of thriving is insufficient,however,the study of the relevant intermediary variable to understand the working mechanism of thriving and related management strategy is very important.Innovation point of this paper is to use empirical research methods,from the positive affective variables of psychological capital,make people in the face of the behavior of the conversion between work and family,to mobilize individuals have the power,of their own resources reasonable allocation,then better promote work-family enrichment.
