Forefront Analysis And Integration Model Construction Of Entrepreneurial Decision Based On Effectuation Theory

After more than ten years of development and refining,effectuation has developed into the most original and frontier theory in the field of entrepreneurship research.At present,the frame of effectuation has been preliminarily established,that is currently in the conception and induction stage.That's to say,scholars need to take in-depth system analysis,especially the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial decision in effectuation.So it is necessary to introduce opportunity recognition and opportunity development into effectuation,to promote the development of effectuation,and to deepen the understanding of opportunity identification and opportunity development.In this paper,our research about introducing entrepreneurial decision into effectuation and summarizing and forecasting entrepreneurial decision in effectuation will be carried out in four parts.First,reviewing and commenting on the effectuation,we find that the quantitative research of entrepreneurial means needs to be further studied,and the research of entrepreneurial decision-making is still in the state of black box theory.Secondly,reviewing and commenting on the entrepreneurial decision research,we find that the entrepreneur's own factors research which effect opportunity recognition and development lack theoretical support and be in a state of disorder.And the measurement research of opportunity recognition and development needs to be deepened.Thirdly,we carry on the quantitative analysis of entrepreneurial means in effectuation,and inductive summary on opportunity recognition and development based on entrepreneurial means.In addition,the opportunity development research is promoted to the research level of opportunity development capability.Finally,in view of the research of opportunity recognition and development being more in discovery view,we will conduct future research prospects of opportunity recognition and development in creating view in effectuation,and construct the integrated model of entrepreneurial decision in effectuation.In this paper,we use thematic reading and literature review to introduce entrepreneurial decision into the effectuation,and summarizes and looks forward to the research of entrepreneurial decision making in the effectuation.The literature sources are Chinese and western academic journals about effectuation,opportunity identification and opportunity exploitation in 2001-2016.We make theoretical review and commentaries on the basic of reading those papers.In theory,the study contributes to construct opportunity research framework in effectuation,to perfect the research framework of effectuation and to deepen the understanding of the opportunity perspective model;the integration model is helpful to test the effectuation with the empirical data,and promote the practical application;the study contributes to provide the theoretical support for opportunity identification and opportunity exploitation and to improve the research framework of opportunity perspective.In practice,this study will help to concrete the three means of effectuation,and help entrepreneurs understand and practice operation;by drawing on the research results of the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial decision-making in effectuation,entrepreneurs can enhance the capability of opportunity identification and opportunity exploitation to improve enterprise performance.
