Study On The Formation Mechanism Of Fluctuations In The Wheat Price Of Shandong

Shandong is not only the second major grain producing areas,but also the second largest wheat producing areas in our country.As the major grain-producing province,it occupies a pivotal position in the food supply-chain.But since the reform and opening up,the wheat planting area shows the fluctuating trends which have a greatly influence on wheat price,what is more,the influence would permeate almost every sector of society.Understanding the cause of the fluctuations of the wheat price and clearing wheat price formation mechanism is the key in the paper.By studying the formation mechanism of fluctuations in the price of wheat,clearing the influence factors and identifying the relationship among factors have a great significance on making macroeconomic regulation and food price subsidies or acquisitions policy.Through to the relevant economic theory and the society statistic methods,it is easy to understand and master the formation mechanism of the wheat price.Besides it is very important to put forward the measures to ensure the price stability.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction part,mainly introducing the research background,research significance,literature review,research ideas and technical route of wheat price fluctuations in Shandong province.The second part mainly elaborates the related theories,including supply and demand theory which closely related to the price change,the economic cycle theory and internal conduction and external shock wave theory which affect the wheat price.The third part has been cleared about the characteristics and status quo of Shandong province through the comparison and analysis of the corresponding data of the national and Shandong province.The fourth part analyzes the formation mechanism of wheat price through internal conduction and external shocks theory.The fifth part adopts the empirical approach to analysis the formation mechanism of wheat price by the econometric software and clearing the correlations among each factor.The sixth part puts forward reasonable suggestions and corresponding measures which combined with the actual situation.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
