However, good scene does not grow, peasants see grain is profitable, and the growing grain enthusiasm rising, but at the same time, agricultural production material price also rises substantially. The raise of agricultural production material price directly causes the rising of plantation cost, actually, affects benefits of agricultural producers. The rapidly rising of production material is another heavy burden for peasants besides the agricultural tax and fee, and this will swallow a series of central kindness policy, and directly affect peasant to grow grain enthusiasm , and then affect the development of agriculture lastly and healthily.However, there are many factors that affects peasant to grow grain profitably, if do not consider natural calamity and other factors, the main factors are the price of agricultural products and production material. Because agricultural products have decided output value on certain kind level, and production material prices have decided the major part of grain cost, research on peasant increases income problem, especially research on grown grain profit problem, the fluctuation price of production material must be an object of key research.If peasants want to increase income, agricultural production material is not a minor matter. Considering the district of each kind grain is not balanced and some missing data statistics, we need to select, a kind of grain which has planted all over the country and has steady output. This paper chooses wheat this large amount agricultural products as research object, uses the data of statistical yearbook, and introduces empirical and comparative methods to analyze the fluctuation tendency of the production cost and production material price of wheat since 1978, and they influence the wheat profit of our country of peasant household level at different times. Through establishing production function and profit function, the paper calculates the relationship between the fluctuation of production material price and wheat profit.The research results of this paper are as follows:1. Different production material factor input in change exists greater discrepancy for the influence of benefit, between essential factor, the relatively change tendency of factor input price is to arouse the essential factor of the major factor of structural change. From short period, see that price fluctuation of agricultural production material and change of benefit will be caused to make more investment in the relative change of production material's quantity. For a long run, mutual price and the opportunity cost of production material also affects factor input structure change, the quantity of labor force and animal power decreasing and the quantity of mechanical using increasing, are not only as a result of technical progressive, more reason is that the opportunity cost of labor force rises substantially, reason is that the parity of labor force and machinery is more bright than the parity with other essential factors.2. The price of agricultural production materials and the price of agricultural products must maintain certain proportion change in scope, so that they can ensure that grain has profit and protect peasant to grow grain enthusiasm. The panel data method that this paper utilizes has gotten the wheat production function and built profit function, according to marginal balanced principle, calculation is under profit biggest condition, the various factor price and product price are in different adjustment scheme, analyzes the change each factor of production put in quantity or magnitude of value as well as wheat unit area output value and profit. The results indicate: When the rise agricultural production material price is two times larger than wheat price rise, the increasing production value and the decreasing production cost is balanced out. Therefore in order to increase the peasant's benefit, it's necessary to guarantee the amplitude of the price of agricultural production material and the wheat price must be kept in two times.
