| With the rapid development of the Internet economy and mobile Internet,the user’s data processing brings us into a rich and colorful world.In order to the needs of market development and individual users,H,YD launched a comprehensive network of TD-LTE in the process of development.IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem)is a kind of multimedia system based on IP address,which is a new form of multimedia services,having a certain impact to the development of business diversification and originality which is demanded by customer terminal market.With the trend of fusion of all walks of life at the present stage,IMS is defined as the core next generation technology of communication network market.The multi-service differences which is formed by the combination of voice,data and video,will make a better integration between mobile communication and fixed network.Based on the economic evaluation of IMS expansion project,the research object which refers to the relevant research in the field of scientific research,,will make a important theoretical and practical value of improving the utilization efficiency of project resources,and it is also a theoretical basis for the economic evaluation of the IMS expansion project.Economic evaluation will be concluded by analysis of the IMS expansion project in this paper.There are two different angles.First,financial evaluation from the financial internal rate of return,financial net present value sensitivity and breakeven analysis of the influence factors,The second,social macro economic benefits from social economic benefit and the improvement of information technology.Based on the conclusion above,the index system and the mode of the economic evaluation of IMS expansion project will be constructed and evaluated at the same time,verifying the rationality of the IMS expansion project.According to the results of evaluation,corresponding measures will be proposed in 3 aspects,the guarantee of the organization,evaluation mechanism and element work of evaluation of IMS expansion project. |
