With the continuous development of society, the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,so companies have begun to pursue innovative development models.Crowdsourcing is an open innovation model that has received extensive attention from domestic and foreign companies and scholars.Crowdsourcing refers to the practice of companies outsourcing work that should be done by internal employees to non-specific mass network platforms.IBM,IKEA and other companies have started to implement the crowdsourcing model. The domestic pig jaccune network and Youku.com are all platforms that implement the crowdsourcing model. The internal resources of the company are limited, while the external resources are very abundant. The purpose of crowdsourcing is to use external resources to solve the internal problems of the enterprise.Enterprises can achieve open innovation through crowdsourcing. At present, the crowdsourcing model has been widely used in enterprises. This model has also received wide attention from the academic community. The active participation of the contractor is the core issue of crowdsourcing.Only when the contractor voluntarily participates in crowdsourcing activities can he solve the problems faced by the enterprise, and thus can make up for the lack of human resources of the enterprise. The research on the behavior of receivers in the crowdsourcing model is a frontier topic in the current theoretical field. Most existing studies have studied the behavior of the receiver from the perspective of motivation. However, there are many factors that affect the recipient's participation behavior,so the research perspective cannot be limited to the study of motivation. Therefore, this paper attempts to study the influencing factors of the participant's participation behavior from multiple perspectives. This not only enriches the relevant research in the field of crowdsourcing, but also provides a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the successful application of crowdsourcing model. The purpose of this paper is to answer the question“From what angles can third-party crowdsourcing platforms be able to encourage recipients to actively participate in crowdsourcing tasks".This article introduces the definition, types and origins of crowdsourcing, reviews the motivation and behavior of the contractor, and summarizes the shortcomings of the existing research, which leads to the purpose of this study. This paper selects crowdsourcing task recipients of pigskin as the research object. At the same time, this paper uses SPSS software to analyze whether the factors of crowdsourcing platform promotion factor, trust of the receiver and participation motivation are related to the contractor. What influence does the participation behavior have and what kind of impact does it have?It uses self-efficacy perception as a control variable to analyze whether there are regulatory effects in the above three factors on the participation behavior. The results of the study show that in the three factors of crowdsourcing platform contributing factors, recipients' trust, and participation motivation, the recipient's trust and participation motivation have positive impacts on the participation behavior of the contractor, but the crowdsourcing platform contributing factors has not a significant impact. At the same time,self-efficacy perception plays a significant positive adjustment effect in the influence of the recipient's trust on participation behavior, and there is a 2partial adjustment effect in the influence of the participation motivation involved in the participation of the contractor, among which, the intrinsic motivation and the participation of the contractor participate has a significant positive adjustment effect in the behavioral impact, but there has no significant adjustment effect in the impact of extrinsic motivation on the participation behavior of the contractor. In addition, there has no significant adjustment effect in the impact of self-efficacy perception on the crowdsourcing platform's facilitating factor docking contractor's participation behavior. This article also discusses the conclusions, and on the basis of the conclusions, puts forward the third party crowdsourcing platform should start from what aspects to encourage the recipient to participate in the crowdsourcing task. Finally, summed up the research deficiencies, and the prospects.
