As we all know,the protection of housing construction is related to the national livelihood of a major event,the state must be highly valued.Along with the construction of affordable housing in the policy level has been more and more support,the construction of affordable housing is related to people's life and development.With the support of affordable housing policy more and more supportive,the size of affordable housing construction is also growing and in more and more forms.In order to meet the needs of people's lives,the speed and scale of affordable housing should promptly keep up with the requirements of the policy.However,the construction of such affordable housing will inevitably require a large amount of financial resources,private capital,bank loans and other sources of funding continued investment.Due to higher initial investment in affordable housing construction,less profitable in nature and longer term capital withdrawal period,most investors are not keen on investing funds in it.Therefore,the problem of sustainable investment of affordable housing funds is more acute in China.The sustainable investment of funds not only lies in the broadening of the sources of funds,but also with the continuous inflow of funds in the later period.On this basis,based on previous studies,this paper combs the existing research status and research context of affordable housing finance,sustainable inflow of affordable housing funds,analyzes the related theories of affordable housing,such as public goods theory,welfare economy Learning theory,government intervention theory,The government investment,social capital investment and capital investment in PPP mode are analyzed,In addition,the financing mode of China's housing security construction under these input modes is how to sum up the existing problems in the investment of housing security funds in China.This paper analyzes the existing financing sources and financing conditions using the empirical model,and innovatively uses non-parametric methods to calculate the financing efficiency of housing security financing.The empirical results show that the existing financing source is relatively single,for larger government financial support and rely on bank loans,and from the point of efficiency value,the financing efficiency many cannot achieve production frontier surface effectively.Based on this situation,this paper analyzes several classic countries'investment in the construction of housing security,and summarizes the experience of the financing of housing security construction in these countries.Finally,based on the empirical analysis and comparative analysis,and combined with China's national conditio vlme Suggestions are put forward for the sustainable construction of housing security in China.
