In recent years,e-commerce in China to achieve the prosperity and development,as to support its physical circulation of the content carrier,logistics and distribution industry development by leaps and bounds.With the large and medium cities close to the market,the western and rural areas of the huge market size and significant growth in the development of logistics and distribution services put forward a huge market demand,a logistics business "battleground." At the same time,it is also an important content to explore the construction and development of rural economy market and solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in China under the mode of e-commerce in rural areas.The object of this paper is B2C e-commerce model of rural areas in China’s logistics and distribution.Buyer’s market environment,courier companies to maximize the grasp of customer needs in order to better identify the market positioning,correction and improvement in the rural market terminal logistics and distribution mode of operation,and then in the fierce competition in the market come to the fore.In this paper,the current rural express deli-very market logistics and distribution services,the typical service model and development bottleneck were sorted out and comparative analysis.The research perspective of this paper is the demand of individual customers inB2C online shopping in rural areas of China under the mode of e-commerce.Logistics distribution price,quality,variety,service,time and environmental protection is the impact of customer demand for products and services,six factors,but also affect the competitiveness of enterprises factors.Based on the theory,this paper analyzes the price,quality and time of courier service in the rural area B2C online shopping customer,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct and clarify the evaluation of rural logistics distribution mode under the e-commerce mode model.The data source of this paper is the consumption market of rural logistics and distribution service in B2C mode of Heilongjiang Province.A sample of customer demand data was obtained through a questionnaire survey.The results of the survey show that the demand for courier services is still more important than the basic quality of service,delivery time,etc.,for higher-level courier service needs,such as"customization" services,the impact of the current express delivery market and other factors Capacity,environmental protection services,the demand level is relatively low.The main value of this paper is the optimization of rural logistics and distribution in B2C mode.Based on the analysis of customer demand,this paper evaluates the performance level of rural logistics distribution in the current e-commerce environment,and puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions for the scientific decision-making of the main business,Cultivate and enhance the level of service provides a new perspective.
