Today’s central air-conditioning industry already entered the competition stage,the red sea enterprise thin margins,development,some companies even facing the crisis of survival and development.More and more fierce market competition,business leaders and investors aware of the importance of the marketing strategy,develop in line with the market and the circumstances of the development of the enterprise’s marketing strategy,is particularly important to the development of enterprises.Kunshan tecka electromechanical co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the tecka company),as one of the central air conditioning enterprises,inevitably also need to make changes with the development of industry market.Research based on marketing theory,analyzes the Taiwan companies marketing macro environment and internal environment,for the data and analysis provide support for the establishment of the company’s marketing strategy.This paper from the product,pricing,marketing and promotion method four aspects carries on the analysis,combined with their own development to establish conforms to the current development situation of marketing strategy,the paper also on the depth of how to ensure the implementation of marketing strategy analysis,to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing plan.
