The optimization of enterprise sale and after-sale service is a common concern of management and academic circles.The current enterprise in practice,sales efficiency,customer service service is not perfect,has become a key to the development of enterprises to improve the efficiency of constraints,enterprises urgently need to analyze outstanding problems existing in the management of the sales and customer service,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In the case of A company,on the basis of review of sales and customer service service related to the theoretical basis,the status of A company's sales and customer service service system management are summarized,analyzed the main existing problems of A company's sales and customer service service management,A company will solve the enterprise sales and customer service service solutions are analyzed and,after the implementation of the program and the results are compared.Research findings and achievements:(1)A,including the prominent problems in the sale of existing orders for emergency treatment is not timely,customer relationship management is weak,the sales mode is single,and in the customer service experience,the customer is not satisfied with the service quality of customer service,product sales after the failure rate is high,timely maintenance is not in place,the company's customer service service system and sales system needs to be further improved.(2)put forward the idea of sales optimization,that is,to ensure the timely delivery of products,and to establish customer relationship management system,focusing on interactive and mentoring sales model.Optimize customer service service,to enhance customer service customer service experience,the failure cycle of the equipment should be carried out scientific evaluation for equipment failure to conduct real-time monitoring,maintenance is not only to import the concept of maintenance,reduce the equipment failure rate.(3)business optimization through the company's sales and customer service service,effectively improve customer satisfaction,reduce the failure rate of equipment customers,resolve customer service service timely,greatly enhance the company's sales orders,to promote the sustainable development of the company.The main contribution of the paper is to study,explore the general law of manufacturing enterprises in the sales and customer service service management problems of A company,and sales and customer service service management schemes are analyzed,the other for China's enterprises to optimize sales and customer service service,to provide some experience to explain,with a contribution value.
