In recent years,affected by the downturn in the domestic and international economic situation,the manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more pressure both in terms of export and domestic sales.At the same time,labor costs continue to rise,cost of enterprise does not fall but rise,leading to fierce competition in the market.As a small manufacturing enterprise,S Company does not have prominent advantages in technology,capital,scale,etc.Therefore,strengthening management,improving the level of management,especially the level of supply chain management is an important way to reduce costs,improve customer satisfaction and enhance the competitiveness of company.The research of this paper is based on S company.Through my work experience in this company and interviews with related stuff,this paper diagnoses the problem of S company in supply chain management,identifies problems and analyzes the reasons.According to the previous theoretical study,the actual situation of S company and my own work experience,this paper designsplans to solve the issues of S company in supply chain management with theory of constraints.By analyzing the problems of S company in supply chain management,this paper constructs the current reality tree,identifies the system constraints,and finds the core problem that restricts the supply chain management of S company: mismatch between supply and demand,lack of material.With the conflict resolution diagram,finding out the root causing the core problem: In order to expand profits,S company implements lean production,reduces inventory for reducing the cost of enterprise,meanwhile increases the inventory to shorten the delivery for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.And taking root as a breakthrough,basic solutions including planning,inventory controlling and supplier management are made to solve it,After considering obstacles in action of the basic solutions,making a full solution to break the core constraint of S company in supply chain management.The research and analysis of this paper are based on the small manufacturing enterprises,the method of combining theory with practice and from practice to practice has a certain practical significance for the small manufacturing enterprise to solve problems related to supply chain.
