The Comparison Of Different Producers' Behavior And The Analysis Of Influencing Factors

With the continuous improvement of income level,consumers are not only concerned about the prices and types of agricultural products,but also the quality is one of the important factors that consumers pay attention to.However,it is not reassuring to consumers that the continuous exposure of agricultural product quality and safety incidents in the media shows that the quality and safety of agricultural products has not been effectively solved.It has become one of the important contents of food safety to solve the problem of drug residue,hormone and heavy metal.From the perspective of production source,the main body of agricultural products has been developed from a single small peasant household to a situation where farmers specialized cooperatives and agricultural enterprises have multiple production bodies.The current research on the production behavior of safe agricultural products mostly analyzes the decision-making behaviors of individual production entities and their influencing factors.However,there are few studies on the differences in the safety production behavior of different production entities.Therefore,this paper will analyze the production behavior of safe agricultural products of farmers,farmers' specialized cooperatives and agricultural enterprises,compare their quality and safety levels,and further investigate the production of safe agricultural products by different production entities.Influencing factors of behavior.Based on the theory of family utility and the theory of producer behavior in economics,this paper first designs a questionnaire based on the results of previous studies and conducts research and interviews with different production entities.Then,one-way analysis of variance was used to compare the level of safety production behavior of ordinary farmers,professional cooperatives and agricultural enterprises,and the factors influencing the production of safe agricultural products from different subjects were explored.Based on this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.This study mainly involves six aspects.The first part is to comb the relevant literature and comment on it.The research objects of the three production subjects of ordinary farmers,professional cooperatives and agricultural enterprises are sorted out literatures.First,the research literature on farmer households is combed from several aspects such as the perception of safe production,thewillingness to work safely,and the factors affecting safety production.Secondly,the research literature on cooperatives mainly focuses on the intermediary role of cooperatives and the internal mechanism for controlling the quality and safety of agricultural products.Finally,it also sorted out the agricultural enterprises' production of safe agricultural products,as well as the existing research results of the relationship between agricultural enterprises and farmers.The purpose of this study is to clarify the purpose of this study.The second part is to define the concept,clarify the scope of research and summarize the theoretical basis of this study.On the basis of the literature review,the author makes a clear definition of the production subject,the quality safety of agricultural products and the safe production behavior.On the other hand,the family utility theory and the producer behavior theory are summarized according to the family utility maximization and profit maximization in accordance with the behavior decision of the three production subjects.The third part analyzes the present situation of three production subjects.On the one hand,the development status of different production subjects in China is expounded from the overall perspective.On the other hand,according to the research data,the reality of the sample subject is introduced.The fourth part is the comparison of the safety production behavior of different subjects and the analysis of influencing factors.Firstly,the statistical analysis method was used to compare the production behaviors of safe agricultural products of different production entities and combined with the empirical analysis results and research conditions to preliminarily explore the reasons for the differences in the production safety production behavior of different production entities;Secondly,the influence factors of farmers,cooperatives and agricultural enterprises are studied by means of correlation analysis and case analysis.The fifth part summarizes the conclusions and suggestions.The results of the analysis of the safety production behaviors of different production entities and the analysis results of their respective influencing factors are summed up,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for farmers,cooperatives and agricultural enterprises are put forward in light of the situation of field research.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly,there are significant differences in the statistics of production behaviors of safe agricultural products in different productionsubjects;Second,the main factors affecting the production of farmers' safe agricultural products are: planting years,proportion of agricultural income,sales channels,training and learning,government guidance and the willingness to produce safety;Third,the main factors that affect the production of cooperative safe agricultural products are the safety production willingness,sales channels,training and learning,and government support of cooperative managers.Fourth,the main factors that affect agricultural enterprises' production of safe agricultural products include sales channels,training and learning and major source of income.In addition,according to the research conclusion,the following countermeasures are proposed for improving the quality and safety level of agricultural products of different production entities.First of all,aiming at increasing the degree of organization of rural households,publicizing and strengthening the awareness of quality and safety of farmers,the relevant government departments will do a good job in the training of farmers' safe production knowledge and skills,and thus increase the level of production of safe agricultural products for farmers.Secondly,the cooperatives fully play their role in agricultural production,increase the cultivation of new agricultural business activities and products,and learn from each other by increasing opportunities for exchange between different cooperatives;Finally,agricultural enterprises should use their own characteristics to play their main advantages,not only to diversify sales channels,but also to establish a sound training mechanism for talents.
