Pork is indispensable to human daily life, is a special fresh farm products. Meatindustry has a rapid development in our country since the reform and opening up, withthe continuous development of social economy, people’s quality of life improved continually,theycannot get satisfaction just from the quantity when they are consuming, but moreconcerned about whether the quality of the product is safe, excessive poisonous andharmful material residues. However, some bad pig farmers in order to increase the supplyof pork to getthe profits even excessive profit, sofeed the pigs of veterinary drugsandvarious additives. Besides that some local governments let them go, then causing seriousveterinary medicine additive residues in pig body. So the good control of pork qualityand safety problems is especially important.This study is based on the summary of existing research results, under thebackground of food safety has been promoted by government, and basison the theory ofeconomics andbehavioral science, through the field research about more than200pigfarmers in Jiangxi province,build the empirical model of influence factorsfor pig farmersproduction safety behavior and using the multiple linear regression modeltofind out themain influencing factors and the size of the contribution rate of various factors. Theresults show that: the degree of culture pig farmers and in the number of pigs and If thereis a regular inspection and whether involved in health law enforcement officers whetherquality control training and took part in the industrial organization is the influence factorsof pig farmers safety production behavior significantly, and these factors influence thesize is different.Based on the conclusion of the research for this article,respectively fromthefree-pollution disposal of dead pigs and the management and use of veterinary drugadditives and strengthen training on control of quality and supporting theindustrialization organization to put forward the proposals, to guide the concrete practiceof the pig farmers to help residents safe pork smoothly into the consumer market.
