| With the rapid development of my country’s urbanization process,a large number of rural labor force has poured into cities, and the limitations of the small-scale production and operation mode of rural households have become increasingly prominent, which seriously restricts the improvement of agricultural production efficiency. On the one hand,it is difficult for small farmers to quickly make accurate judgments and forecasts on the market, and the negotiation capital is insufficient, which leads to a situation of “high opening and low falling” in agricultural costs and benefits;on the other hand, with the increase of agricultural opportunity costs, farmers go out The concept of employment is strengthened, and it is more likely to give up or transfer the right to manage farmland. In addition, due to the development of urbanization, there is a clear "age stratification" of the rural labor force. The ability to farm is weakened, and the intergenerational transmission between the old and the new is becoming more and more obvious. The problem of "who will farm the land and how to farm the land" needs to be solved urgently. It is based on these needs that agricultural production custody services are generated. The essence of agricultural production trusteeship service is to redistribute all the key production factors in agriculture, which can not only improve the economic benefits of farmers, but also ensure the autonomy and flexibility of small farmers.,farmers’ awareness of agricultural production trusteeship services is still low,and farmers’ trusteeship behavior will be affected by various internal and external environments, and farmers with different characteristics have different choices of agricultural trusteeship methods.Based on the survey data analysis of Hengnan County,Hunan Province, this paper proposes to analyze the behavior and influencing factors of farmers’ participation in agricultural production trusteeship services from the perspective of farmers, under the background of the basic national conditions of "large country small farmers",the bottleneck of land circulation, and the aging and part-time occupation of farmers, through combing the research trends of agricultural production trusteeship services at home and abroad.Taking the theory of property rights, the theory of farmer behavior and the theory of economies of scale as the theoretical support of this paper, hengnan county is used as the research area, and the face-to-face interview with farmers is used to expound the current situation and development mode of agricultural trusteeship services in Hengnan County,as well as the dilemma of low level of farmers’ cognition, limited development of service organization scale, difficulties in protecting farmers’ interests, and short-sightedness of custody service policies.Based on the effective questionnaire collected, the influencing factors of farmers’ choice of agricultural trusteeship behavior were descriptively statistically analyzed and based on the relevant theoretical basis, and the positivistic hypothesis was proposed according to the relevant theoretical basis;the regression analysis was carried out using the disordered multiclassification logistic model,in which a total of 9 variables were selected, and the influencing factors affecting farmers’ participation in agricultural production trusteeship services included the number of years of education, age, area of their own farmland, distance from the county center, the publicity effect of the village committee, and the cognitive level of farmers on agricultural trusteeship. Finally, through the empirical results, the paper is summarized, and it is proposed that the development of agricultural production trusteeship services requires farmers to improve the cognitive level of agricultural trusteeship services and enhance the awareness of risk prevention;service organizations should extend the industrial chain, improve service quality, and cultivate more professional talents;and the government should increase financial support for agricultural trusteeship services, improve laws and regulations related to custodial services, and strengthen supervision of the agricultural trusteeship market. |
