Agricultural products have to go through many links from production to sales.The quality and safety problems of agricultural products may occur in any link,but the production link becomes the key to solve the quality problems of agricultural products.Only when the possible safety risks in the production link are solved,can the unsafe factors in the subsequent link be effectively controlled.After the reform and opening up,China's agricultural production is characterized by a family based production mode,which is relatively decentralized and small-scale farmers' production.Therefore,the supervision and detection of agricultural products produced by farmers is relatively high in cost and difficult in management,leading to confusion in market management,and the effect of government regulation is not obvious.In recent years,the state has increased its support for the vegetable industry.As a large agricultural production city,Zhuanghe City has a vegetable planting area of 120000 mu.Many towns and villages have their own brand vegetables and fruits.There are150 villages and towns with their own independent brands,forming a new pattern of relying on vegetable varieties to develop their own economy.The annual output of vegetables is about400 million kg,with an output value of up to To more than 400 million yuan,among which60000 mu of green and organic vegetables are planted in Zhuanghe City,more than 100 kinds of vegetables and agricultural products have obtained the national certification of high-quality agricultural products.However,the quality and safety of vegetables is still a major dilemma faced by farmers in Zhuanghe City.The pesticide residues of vegetables are relatively high,and the unqualified rate of vegetable quality is relatively high.Therefore,this paper will start from the production links of farmers and analyze the impact of farmers' production behavior on the quality and safety of vegetables.First of all,through reading the relevant literature,this paper draws up a general research framework,mainly on the background of the research problem,related literature review,research content,research purpose and significance;secondly,it describes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis used in the research problem;thirdly,through the relevant survey data,this paper describes the production status of Zhuanghe farmers It also analyzes the current situation of production and sales of farmers.In order to fully understand the current situation of farmers' work safety,this paper analyzes the cognitive level of farmers' work safety through questionnaire and field survey data,including farmers' awareness of their own work safety behavior,awareness of relevant laws and regulations of the state and thegovernment,awareness of risks in production and awareness of cooperative organizations.Finally,according to the results of this study,the following conclusions are drawn: the production behavior of farmers has an important impact on the quality and safety of agricultural products,and the production behavior of farmers is affected by a variety of factors,including their own factors,the impact of external environment on farmers,etc.Farmers' own factors mainly include the basic characteristics of individual farmers,the cultivation of vegetables,farmers' awareness of safe production,etc.the external environment is mainly the laws and regulations of the state and the government,as well as the impact of safety detection and punishment in the market on Farmers' production behavior.Through the descriptive analysis of the farmers themselves and the external conditions,it is found that the education level of the farmers has an important impact on the production decision-making of the farmers,and the education level affects the behavior of the farmers in purchasing seeds and pesticides;the awareness of the safety production of the farmers has become an important factor affecting the safety production behavior of the farmers;the external environment factors have a greater impact on the production behavior of the farmers,and the market inspection The weak degree of measurement and punishment results in farmers' speculative psychology,which affects the quality and safety of vegetables.At the same time,government regulations also affect farmers' production behavior.Relevant laws and regulations improve farmers' awareness of safe production and promote farmers to use more safe production technology.According to the results of the study,the author believes that improving the safety awareness of farmers,strengthening the publicity of food quality and safety,strengthening the training and technical guidance,strengthening the market supervision,testing,punishment,improving the relevant laws and regulations and other means can improve the safety awareness of farmers and improve their safety production technology.
