| The industrial sector,as the dominant sector of the national economy,has achieved rapid development,while the extensive economic growth pattern has faced the challenges of increasing growth and the serious problems of resource depletion and environmental pollution.Based on this problem,industrial green development and green transition is imperative.Green development is low-carbon,circular and sustainable.The implementation of green development concept is an important way to solve the contradiction between economic growth and environmental problem,which is the only way to achieve sustainable economic development.In recent years,the continuous foggy weather in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has warned that economic growth must be compatible with the natural environment.In particular,industry in Hebei,along with the rapid economic development,paid a high environmental cost with a lot of energy and resources,environmental pollution is more serious.Industrial development in Hebei Province must meet the environmental carrying capacity and resource carrying capacity,so as to achieve green development.It is of great practical significance to analyze the present situation,degree,cause and explore the path of green development in Hebei province.In order to realize the sustainable development of industrial,it is very important to measure the green development degree of Hebei industry in a reasonable and effective way.From the perspective of green development in Hebei Province,the paper analyzes the green development degree by using two indexes of potential efficiency coefficient and green productivity,analyzing the trend of both in Hebei province,and analyzing the influencing factors of green development degree.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the green development degree of Hebei province are put forward.This paper is mainly divided into the following sections.The first part mainly combs the current research situation,and analyzes the methods and progress of green development degree based on economic growth and low carbon economy.The purpose and significance of this paper are analyzed,and the present situation of industrial development in Hebei Province is mentioned.This paper mainly focuses on the method of measuring green development degree to enrich the relevant theoretical knowledge of green development and applies it to the research of green development in Hebei province.The second part mainly discusses the method of measuring green degree of development,selects the double effect of potential effect coefficient and green productivity,and deduces the determination model of both.The third part is the empirical analysis,select the relevant indicators of industrial enterprises above designated size in Hebei Province,and draw the results of the potential coefficient and green productivity,and then make a detailed analysis of them from time evolution trend and spatial layout.To explore the level of green development in Hebei Province and the level of differences and analysis of the green development of Hebei Province,the driving force of the factors.In the last part of this paper,the main conclusions are drawn,it is reasonable to measure the green development degree of industrial cities in Hebei Province by using the potential effect coefficient and the green productivity index.The green development degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is quite different,and the spatial correlation is not high,which may restrict the green development of Hebei Province,propose relevant recommendations to raise the green development. |
