| Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City has been almost ten years since the beginning of construction in 2008.After nearly a decade of construction,the Eco-City has undergone tremendous changes.Part of evaluation index system which is established at the beginning of construction hasn't adapt to the current development of the EcoCity and has required to be optimized and updated.Meanwhile,it is necessary to evaluate the stage achievement of the Eco-City in the construction of ten years.This thesis expounds the background,purpose and significance of the evaluation of the stage achievement in the Eco-City,and introduce domestic and overseas research status of evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method of the EcoCity.According to the current situation,the new evaluation index system for stage achievement has been established based on review and analysis of the index system of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City by consulting relevant literature and questionnaire survey.The index system includes four aspects,including the quality of ecological environment,government security measures,public awareness of environmental protection,and social support facilities,a total of eighteen evaluation indicators.This thesis has got the grade from the residents and the workers on the construction of the Eco-City through the questionnaire survey,and carried on the evaluation by Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(IFAHP).Based on the analysis of the evaluation results,it is found that there are some problems in the Eco-City,such as the quality of tap water,garbage classification,environmental information disclosure,medical institutions and commercial facilities.Finally,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward according to the problems and deficiencies.So as to summarize the construction of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city in the previous stage,and put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions for its construction in the next stage. |
