Research On The Construction Of Life Cycle Asset Management Evaluation Model For Power Grid Enterprises

As a typical asset-intensive enterprise,the asset of the power grid enterprise has the following features,multi category,large storage,fast growth,large initial investment,high running cost,long service period,wide distribution and so on.Therefore,the effective management of power grid enterprises' assets has become the main difficult work.Implementing scientific and rational management of power grid enterprises' assets is becoming more and more important and urgent.At present,in the process of power grid enterprises' assets management,there is a variety of problems regarding to the lack of sound evaluation indicators,resulting in blind increase of production,lack of investment planning,low efficiency,environmental damage and many other serious problems.Most power grid enterprises implement stage management to functional departments,therefore functional departments pay more attention to self-requirements,the departmental goal and the overall goal is hard to be balanced.How to take safety,efficiency and cost into consideration,optimize the evaluation model of power assets management,establish comprehensive evaluation model system is getting extremely urgent.This thesis comprehensively compares the characteristics of power grid enterprises' assets,reference the theory of life-cycle asset management,analyzes the shortcomings of traditional asset management,and puts forward the establishment of evaluation system of life cycle asset management.The thesis constructs the evaluation model of power grid enterprises' assets management,and analyzes the asset management of power grid enterprise with scientific and reasonable evaluation method.In the end of this paper,we select a power supply company to analyze its asset management.Combine the objective data of D power supply company,the evaluation results are analyzed and predicted.The study on the evaluation of D power supply company can help enterprises to keep abreast of the current enterprise asset management situation,optimize the allocation of enterprise resource,improve the asset safety management system,improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,the research results and the evaluation model of this thesis are also enrich theory of the life-cycle asset management and promote the research on the life cycle asset management evaluation of power grid enterprise.
