| China’s electric power business as a special utility,and China’s economic development are inseparable.As a typical capital-intensive industries, the development of power grid enterprises and growth,largely relies on continued investment in corporate behavior equipment assets.In recent years,with the accelerated pace of power grids,grid-scale equipment assets rapidly expanding companies,faced with such a rapid growth in the size of equipment assets,and how it can be effectively managed, has been a constant pursuit of power grid enterprises management objectives.In this paper,the S grid company background, ERP device management module and ERP implemented in the power grid enterprise asset life-cycle management analyzes;and asset life cycle management of the standard evaluation and national networks with provincial grid companies interbank the results of the evaluation of the two indicators S grid companies to implement ERP asset management effectiveness conducted after the demonstration,two indicators have proved to enhance the implementation of ERP enterprise Asset Management level grid,the grid companies to achieve the full life cycle of equipment assets fine management.From the analysis of this article can be seen in the implementation of ERP systems simplify business processes grid to achieve the optimal allocation of corporate resources,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.ERP as an information system, running between the power production sector and financial information management department built a bridge to a shared device asset information, so that the financial value of in-kind equipment effectively managed.Construction of power grid enterprises department, production department and finance department can also use the ERP system provides information resources and better management of capital equipment planning,cost savings and improved asset maintenance equipment assets to achieve grid enterprise asset life-cycle management requirements. |
