Research On The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industry In Changzhou Bohai New Area

To accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in relation to a regional economic sustainability and healthy development,is "12th Five-Year" "13th Five-Year" national plan to focus on and study the issue.With the global economic integration,regional economic development and the integration of Beijing,step by step,Bohai new economy has ushered in rapid development,but in economic development also exposed some problems,such as problems of single industrial structure,the added value of the products and technical content is not high,the environmental pollution is very serious,such as uneven development also become an obstacle to Bohai the new economy sustained and healthy development.In this dissertation,the optimization of the industrial structure theory,from the perspective of many domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of industrial structure research on the basic situation of Bohai district and the industrial structure existing in detail,through the SWOT analysis and the analysis of the external environment for the analysis and evaluation of Bohai District of Bohai New District industrial structure,industrial structure adjustment principle objectives and specific measures for strategy was put forward according to the existing problems,should increase the added value of the first industry chain and deep processing,industrial agglomeration,deepening the development of high-tech industries,the development of port logistics and other diversified development.Finally,the paper puts forward the administrative system,policy environment,investment and financing mechanism,and the supporting system of infrastructure construction in Bohai new district.This study has a certain practical guiding role for Bohai New Area in the rapid development of the Bohai rim economic circle,the construction of the new environment and so on.But due to the limitations of my professional knowledge and related data collection is limited,the imperfection of the research content and comprehensive,and the content of this field in the future I will study and research to create again.
