Research On The Development Mechanism Of Industrial Integration From The Perspective Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development

The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a new growth pole of high-quality economic development in China.The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a major national strategy in China.The development of industrial convergence in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is conducive to the construction of a functional and spatial integration system and mechanism system in the central cities,the transformation and upgrading of industrial layout,industrial structure and the realization of complementary advantages of the central urban agglomeration,the guidance of spatial integration by industrial agglomeration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the development of industrial clusters to promote the overall upgrading of industrial clusters and industrial structure,and the enhancement of industrial competitiveness.Developing underdeveloped areas,expanding the total regional economic volume,and then building a world-class urban agglomeration with the capital as the core.With the help of spatial economic gravity model,intervention opportunity model,intervention capability model and Bain index,this paper comprehensively measures the development potential of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial convergence and regional industrial market performance from the spatial dimension.Empirical research draws the following conclusions: Empirical research draws the following conclusions: The regional differences between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are very obvious.The advantages of Beijing-Tianjin spatial proximity are prominent,while the strength of spatial economic links between Beijing-Hebei and Tianjin-Hebei is in a very weak degree.At this stage,the heterogeneous structure of the leading industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is significantly different,and they have a higher opportunity to intervene,but the ability to intervene is far lower than the opportunity to intervene.The monopoly or competition of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei market is weakening,and the spatial cooperation of urban agglomerations is gradually strengthened,but the index is still high,and the cooperation is not enough.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the development path of industrial integration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,as well as targeted countermeasures and relevant solutions.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes to improve the coordinating mechanism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,promote the industrial development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and construct a sound safeguard mechanism to promote the shared development to promote the industrial convergence and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and further promote the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
