A Study On The Coordination Between The Insurance Industry And The Urbanization In Hunan Province

The insurance industry and the new-type urbanization construction contact with each other and influence each other.At present,China is promoting the top design of urbanization construction in an orderly manner.As an "economic booster" and "social stabilizer",the insurance industry plays a unique role in promoting the process of urbanization.The construction of Yangtze River Economic Zone and the policy to promote "the Belt and Road Initiative" provide an inexhaustible source of the insurance industry and the development of urbanization process and in Hunan which is a large agricultural province.Based on the synergetic development of insurance industry and urbanization,the thesis analysis the two-way interactive theoretical relationship between the insurance industry and the urbanization construction.The insurance industry plays an important role in the social security system construction,the improvement of social management efficiency and the expansion of financing channels for construction funds.The urbanization promotes the development of insurance industry from both the agglomeration effect and the diffusion effect.On this basis,an empirical analysis on the coupling coordination between the insurance industry and the urbanization construction in Hunan from 2001 to 2015 is carried out.First of all,an"insurance-urbanization" evaluation index system is built after index segmentation for the two sub-systems of insurance industry and urbanization;next,the"insurance-urbanization" coupling coordination model is established.Through the empirical calculation,it is known that the coordination relationship between the insurance industry and the urbanization construction in Hunan has gone through five stages from 2001 to 2015.Currently,it is in an advanced stage of intermediate coordination,and the pace of development has been significantly accelerated.The next goal is healthy coordination stage.What's more,the urbanization construction in Hunan is better than the insurance industry development,and the growth momentum of urbanization become more and more powerful in recent years.The insurance industry would strengthen itself construction and make full use of the urbanization to keep coordination.This thesis makes recommendations from three main parts:optimizing the environment of the insurance market,exploring the different functions of the insurance industry and consummating the coordination mechanism between the insurance industry and the urbanization.It aims to promote win-win between insurance industry development and new urbanization construction in Hunan under the current golden opportunity and achieves healthy interaction between insurance industry and new urbanization construction,so that the two can facilitate each other in balance and coordination.
