Research On The Coordination Development Between New-type Urbanization Construction And Construction Industry

At present,the urbanization process has a great progress,the urban population continues has increased and the scale of the urban has been expanded.As we all know,different from the traditional notion of urbanization,the new-type urbanization is a human-centered urbanization,and it aims to use the concept of scientific outlook on development to guide the construction of urbanization.Then,new-type urbanization must be focus to improve the quality of urbanization,and we should use the ecological development concept as the main line throughout the whole process of urbanization.At the same time,new-type urbanization adheres to the resource-saving and environment protection as a principle.And it will do its best to build a new situation of the resource conservation,ecological civilization,social harmony and sustainable development.The party and the state put the new-type as a new development strategy,meanwhile,it will be a theme of our country’s development in the next five years or ten years in our country,and even a longer period of time.The construction’s development has the non-negligible effect to our national economy.Under the background of the new-type urbanization,the construction has been put forwards some new requirements.Then the question of how can the new-type urbanization construction and construction industry coordinated develop has been a hot topic between the scholars and the experts.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic theory of new-type urbanization development and construction industry,and analyses the synergy relations between the new-type urbanization and construction industry combining with the current new-type urbanization development and construction development status.Then the grey system model of new-type urbanization construction,the grey system model of construction industry model are established based on the synergetic theory.Later,the indicators are selected by grey degree,and to establish the development functions of new-type urbannization construction and construction industry,which will lay the founctions for the establishment of coordination degree model between the new-type urbanization construction system and the construction industry.The new-type urbanization construction has thirteen indicators and the construction industry system has ten indicators.Using the models,the data of new-type urbanization construction and construction industry in Anhui province from 2000 to 2015 is collected and analyzed empirically.The order parameter of new-type urbanization construction system and construction industry system in Anhui province is calculated.Next,the function values and the coordination degree between new-type urbanization construction and construction industry in recent fifteen years in Anhui province is analyzed.Otherwise,it will make corresponding graphics,analyze the results and find out the existing problems.At last,based on the results of oretical analysis and empirical analysis,the conclusions of the article are summarized.And proposals are put forward about how to make new-type urbanization construction and construction industry coordinative development.These proposals will provide guidance for the the new-type urbanization construction and construction industry coordinated development.
