In recent years,with the development of the Internet banking evolution truly impressive,both state-owned banks and joint-stock commercial banks have suffered from a heavy blow,and thus leads to more intense competition between banks,particularly the talent competition.In this case,banks can transform successfully in the rapidly changing information age only by managing rich human resources,and ultimately achieve the strategic development goal.Therefore,the human resource management of commercial banks has become an important magic weapon to ensure their competitiveness,and the staff career management is undoubtedly one of the most effective methods.Accordingly,the topic of this paper not only has profound significance for banks to select or retain talents,but also for the long-term development of the bank in the market economy has far-reaching significance.Career management as the most popular research object,especially how to manage talent in this area,it occupies a decisive position.However,from a global perspective,there is no complete system and detailed career management theory,and our research in China is also in the exploratory stage.In particular,China's joint-stock commercial banks as the research background and the post-80s employees as the research object,there is almost not a practical study result of career management program.In view of the lack of theoretical research,at the same time,human resource management is lack of attention to the career management program.Based on the theory of original career management,this paper aims at combing with current status and issues of human resource management of Industrial Bank Chongqing branch,and explores the career management program by analyzing the characteristics of the post-80s employees,which is suitable for the post-80s employees in Industrial Bank Chongqing branch,helps the post-80s employees transform successfully in their life and their work.Through the study of the personality of the post-80s staff,this paper is to develop a set of career management programs that can stimulate the post-80s'potentials.First of all,this paper summarizes theories related to the domestic and foreign theories of career management,and summarizes the main views and development trends of the relevant theories.Secondly,as the Industrial Bank Branch setting up for a shorter time in Chongqing,which is a relatively young bank and the post-80s employees account for a large proportion,this paper analyzes the current situation and issues of human resource management at Chongqing branch.Thirdly,the paper puts forward different career management methods from different departments,including marketing sequence,accounting sequence and other management sequence.And then,this paper proposes the different stages of career planning process as the object,which includes the early stage of career development,the medium stage and the latter stage.The ultimate goal of this paper is to develop a career management program for the Chongqing branch of Industrial Bank,which can be applied to the post-80s employees and to propose the scheme and safeguard measures.In the case of no practical reference,the author firstly sorts out the existing human resources data of the Chongqing Branch through the theoretical knowledge applied to the actual work,and then analyzes the existing issues.The ultimate goal is that the research settlement can eventually be applied to the actual work,and helps the Chongqing branch of Industrial Bank to improve the employee career management and gives other banks some important inspiration and reference.
